Christopher Moran AssocRICS, BA (Hons), DipRSV
Chris is the director of the company and the primary surveyor. He is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
He is also a Graduate of the SAVA School of Surveying and holds the DipRSV qualification.
He has also had articles published in industry technical bulletins.
Chris is a RICS Ambassador and runs a training foundation to help under represented (BME, Female, LGBTQ+) Surveying students into the Industry.
In 2024 Chris was awarded the prestigious RICS Residential Property Surveyor of the Year.
Chris is a highly commended former Police Officer and uses his investigative mindset to locate and explain defects in properties.
He is also our Civil Aviation Authority authorised and qualified drone pilot.
Chris is a very keen climber/mountaineer and plays league tennis in Sheffield.
Louise Perrins BSC
Louise is responsible for our back office functions.
You may well speak to her when making an enquiry. She also takes responsibility for the 'desktop research' collation.
Analysing flood risks, tree protection orders and much more, before we even visit your property.
She is a keen runner with very respectable marathon times.
